The Birches Nursing Home is located in the heart of beautiful Musquodoboit Harbour.

A part of the Musquodoboit Harbour community since 1979, this facility is very important to the residents of Musquodoboit Harbour and the Eastern Shore. 
 

The Birches is a not-for-profit Community Governed Organization (CGO) managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We have an excellent reputation throughout the community and the Province for quality care.
